Refund and Cancellation Policy
Passion Dolls UK want you to be satisfied with your purchase and therefore what you order is what should arrive. In the event that the order is not as expected or damaged in any way, we shall return, refund in full or/and pick up or swap your unwanted or damaged item.
Your right to cancel your order starts from the time you order your goods up to 14 days from receipt, however, please see the following exemptions from this policy below:
We cannot accept the item back if used for hygiene and safety reasons and whereby the doll is not customised.
We cannot accept returns if the item or doll was made to order (with exception to being faulty and unused)
Any unwanted dolls received and still sealed and unused but returned within 14 days will carry a restocking fee.
When your sex doll is delivered by our own staff, they will ensure with you that the doll is as you ordered and make sure that your satisfaction is 100%. We also conduct our own vigorous inspection before shipping out to you to ensure the doll is exactly what you have ordered.
Any cancellations to your order or/and amendments after 24 hours from purchase will incur costs - cancellations will not be accepted past 24 hours as manufacturing would have commenced. Please note that all dolls are made to order and fully customised with over 30 different variable combinations per doll. If you are unsure about making a purchase, please call us before doing so as once the order has been placed, will not be cancelled after 24 hours have elapsed from purchase.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
Ultimately, should you require any help or advice with your doll and at any time before, during or after your purchase, we are always willing to assist wherever possible either by phone or email.
