Refund and Cancellation Policy

Passion Dolls UK want you to be satisfied with your purchase and therefore what you order is what should arrive.  In the event that the order is not as expected or damaged in any way, we shall return at our cost, refund in full or/and pick up or swap your unwanted Passion Doll.  In the event it is one of our products (Passion Doll Toys), we have a returns address on our contacts page.  Please advise us prior to returning as otherwise the package may be refused due to hygiene reasons etc.

 

Your right to cancel your order starts from the time you order your goods up to 14 days from receipt, however, please see the following exemptions from this policy below:

 

We cannot accept the item back if used for hygiene and safety reasons with the exception to your Passion Doll being faulty.

 

We cannot accept returns if the item or doll was made to order (with exception to being faulty and unused)

 

Any unwanted Passion Dolls received and still sealed and unused but returned within 14 days will carry a restocking fee (20% of the purchase price).

 

For Passion Doll Toys:  If the protective plastic wrap and/or security seal has been removed or tampered with, the item will be assumed used and cannot be returned.

When your Passion Doll is delivered by our own staff, they will ensure with you that the doll is as you ordered and make sure that your satisfaction is 100%.  We also conduct our own vigorous inspection before shipping out to you to ensure the doll is exactly what you have ordered.  If the Passion Doll is not as you have order or in any way damaged, you should NOT sign for delivery and state the reason on the delivery form as to why and sign the return form instead - Do not worry, your delivery driver will fully understand and help you with this.  

 

Any cancellations to your order or/and amendments after 24 hours from purchase may incur costs - cancellations will not be accepted past 24 hours as your order would have commenced but we may be able to offer you a partial refund.  If you are unsure about making a purchase, please call us before doing so as once the order has been placed, cannot be cancelled after 24 hours have elapsed from purchase without reasonable costs being applied.  We are always understanding and very reasonable and will undertake any reasonable requests for cancellation, however a restocking fee may apply.

 

This does not affect your statutory rights.

 

Ultimately, should you require any help or advice with your Passion Doll and at any time before, during or after your purchase, we are always willing to assist wherever possible either by phone or email.
