Shipping and Payment info

Delivery and information:

We shall contact you by your preferred method, whether this be by email or phone.  When we call we are always discreet and will only discuss your delivery - we will always identify ourselves from UPSTREAM.  Should you wish to discuss other aspects of your delivery or item, you must contact us directly on our company number.  At point of arranging delivery, we shall secure a day and time slot for you to take delivery.  Your delivery will be by one of our highly trained staff members and will ensure you take delivery and that you are satisfied with the item.  An inspection will be carried out with your delivery driver to ensure the package is correct and undamaged before signing for receipt.  If you are unhappy in any way, you should refuse to sign for the order and give your reasons as to why on the paperwork supplied.

When delivery of the Passion Doll takes place, only the payee may sign and accept unless specifically detailed in written format that a third party will take delivery of your doll and check for damage and accuracy.  We would be notified of the third party name at least 24 hours in advance of delivery and in written format (email is accepted).  Under no circumstances may we leave the doll or any accessories with neighbours, friends or even a third party member who may be living at the same address.  Identification will be required to be seen such as a passport or driving licence to ensure we are delivering the package to the payee.  Please let us know beforehand if neither of these are available so we can make alternative arrangements with you to ensure safe delivery of your Passion Doll.

 

On the pre-arranged day of your delivery, we shall call you approximately 1 hour prior to delivery to ensure you are ready to receive your Passion Doll, however, should you not be in when our driver arrives, they will wait no longer than 10 minutes from the attempt to contact you via your phone and knock on your registered residence for delivery.  If longer than a 10 minute wait and without any contact, a reasonable charge will be made.  A re-delivery charge of £75.00 will be made should we have to return at a later time or day.  Don't worry, you will be given a delivery time slot that is arranged and agreed with you beforehand, we will be there at the agreed day and time, all you have to do is make sure you are too.  Please note, we will not attempt delivery unless you have agreed a time and day with us.

 

NOTE: Our own private in house delivery drivers only operate in mainland UK and do not operate in the rest of the world or Ireland.  If you purchase from us and are overseas, your item will be delivered by a third party courier such as DHL or UPS and therefore we cannot promise the same level of discretion and service that we state to deliver to our clients.  A premium on the shipping fee will also be required - you would be notified at checkout BEFORE you purchase.

We do not offer discount codes, allow affiliate dealing or have special offers for you to make a purchase today.  We strongly believe that you should be given all the time you need to make this very important purchase and therefore we will never exert any pressure whatsoever either by phone or our website to any of our customers to purchase any of our dolls or items now or in the future.  We will not barrage you with constant pop ups to buy or place random recommendations, nor will we purposely have low level stock items in an attempt to exert pressure to buy now.  You will also notice we do not offer special discounts or sign up bonuses.  All our clients can purchase at the best prices we offer at the time they choose and only when you are ready to do so.  We do not allow affiliate re-selling of any of our products.  When you purchase from Passion Dolls UK you can rest assure that you are making the decision solely based off your own judgment and decision to do so without pressure from any of our staff or our business model.  We always aim to offer the best experience along with the best products at the best price available.
