Delivery and information:

We shall contact you by your preferred method, whether this be by email or phone.  When we call we are always discreet and will only discuss your delivery.  Should you wish to discuss other aspects of your delivery or item, you must contact us directly on our company number.  At point of arranging delivery, we shall secure a day and time slot for you to take delivery.  Your delivery will be by one of our staff members and will ensure you take delivery and that you are satisfied with the item.  An inspection will be carried out with your delivery driver to ensure the package is correct and undamaged before signing for receipt – this may be done from our van should your home be unsuitable.  If you are unhappy in any way, you may refuse to sign for the order.

When delivery of the Passion Doll takes place, only the payee may sign and accept unless specifically detailed in written format that a third party will take delivery of your item and check for damage and accuracy of the doll.  We would be notified of the third party name at least 24 hours in advance of delivery and in written format.  Under no circumstances may we leave the doll or any accessories with neighbours, friends or even a third party member who may be living at the same address.  Identification may be required to be seen such as a passport or driving licence to ensure we are delivering the package to the payee.


On the pre-arranged day of your delivery, we shall call you approximately 1 hour prior to delivery to ensure you are ready to receive your sex doll, however, should you not be in when our driver arrives, they will wait no longer than 5 minutes from the attempt to contact you via your phone.  If longer than a 5 minute wait, a charge will be made.  A further delivery charge will be made should we have to return at a later time or day.  Don't worry, you will be given a delivery time slot that is arranged with you days beforehand, we will be there at the agreed day and time, all you have to do is make sure you are too.  Note, we will not attempt delivery unless you have specified a time and day.


NOTE: Our own private couriers only operate in mainland UK and do not operate in the rest of the world.  If you purchase from us and are overseas, your item will be delivered by a third party courier such as DHL or UPS and therefore we cannot promise the same level of discretion and service that we state to deliver to our clients.  A premium on the shipping fee may be required.


Special discount codes and offers:

We may from time to time and at our sole discretion offer discounts on certain products or generically across our store.  We reserve the right to cancel these at any time prior to your purchase but not after.  We also reserve the right to cancel for any reason given or not.  Should any customer miss a deadline for a discount code or/and introductory price, we shall have no legal obligation to allow you to buy at the discounted price, whether in your basket or not or seen elsewhere on the internet including any social media.  A purchase and price is final and once you have used your discount code (if applicable and available) or purchased the doll at the discounted price, your item shall be shipped and delivered to you at the price agreed on the purchase page of our in-store website.
