Age of users and customer:

Passion Dolls UK has a minimum age policy of 18 to purchase from or view our website.

 

Payments and acceptance:

Orders made through PassionDolls.co.uk or PassionDolls.org.uk - Passion Dolls UK (identified as PDUK & UPSTREAM for payments) are subject to availability and acceptance.  We may at our discretion cancel any order at any time and issue a full refund immediately.  You also have the right to cancel without reason before 24 hours have elapsed, after which time your order for a Passion Doll would have commenced processing - any cancellations after this time will incur reasonable costs and only a partial refund will be issued.  

 

Payments and sensitive data:

We do not hold nor receive details of your payments including credit or debit card details or bank detail information.  This is between you and your provider only and they will confirm to us through our secure platform that payment has been made.  We are fully compliant with the Data Protection Act (GDPR).

 

Correspondence:

As our main correspondence shall be in written format (email), it is imperative that you ensure your email address is correct and up to date and that you are able to send and receive email correspondence from and to us.  It's also great if we have a mobile number so we can text and call when and only if required.  If not, a landline would suffice.  We shall always introduce ourselves as being from UPSTREAM and will make sure it is you we are speaking with, we can always call back if the moment is not suitable for you.  We will never ask for payment over the phone nor any sensitive data but may ask you for the dolls name or to complete your delivery details once we have confirmed to you parts of.
